Photos that help us identify your part faster
A clear overall view, one side angle, visible markings, and a reference measurement usually provide enough evidence for a confident answer.
Real forum photoShow the whole installed part
Include the mounting position and nearby frame so the expert can read orientation and function.
Measure between centres
Place the tape or ruler flat and state whether the measurement is millimetres or inches.
Capture every marking
Numbers, logos, patent stamps, and even partial characters can separate similar-looking parts.
Avoid blur and deep shadow
Use indirect daylight, tap to focus, and steady the camera before taking each angle.
Show which side the part is handed for
Photograph it before removal, then tell us whether it sits on the left or right when viewed from inside. Mirrored parts can look identical in a close-up.
