ADSEAL 4550 Series is a high-performance, one-component silicone sealant formulated for professional production environments. Curing to a durable, flexible rubber when exposed to ambient humidity, it offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including glass, metal, wood, gypsum, masonry, ceramics, and many plastics.

Thanks to its non-sag rheology, ADSEAL 4550 can be applied vertically, overhead, or horizontally, making it ideal for factory settings and job sites. It meets ASTM C920 (Class 50), AAMA 802.3, 803.3, and 805.2 standards, and is CFIA-accepted and FDA compliant for indirect contact applications. With flame and smoke ratings certified to ASTM E84 / UL 723, it also meets NFPA 90A/90B requirements for HVAC applications.

Usable in temperatures as low as -29°C, this silicone sealant provides year-round performance, low shrinkage, and long-term elasticity. A primer may be required depending on the substrate—always conduct adhesion tests before use.
