We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please review our shipping and return policies below:

Shipping

• We ship across Canada using trusted carriers.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

• Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit — please contact the shipping carrier.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-cut or made-to-order items (e.g., glass, parts made through Build-a-Part)

• Used or damaged products

• Sale or clearance items marked final sale
