The Tremco ExoAir 110AT is a self-adhered air and vapour barrier membrane for exterior wall assemblies. The 18-mil composite sheet pairs 12 mils of high-performance butyl with a 6-mil white HDPP facer, and applies without primer to most common substrates, including exterior sheathing boards, CMU, poured concrete, exterior-grade plywood, steel, and insulated concrete forms such as Nudura ICF. Use it as the field membrane of an air barrier system, as a detailing or transition membrane into window and door openings, or as thru-wall flashing. Often called a peel-and-stick air barrier, sheet-applied membrane, or self-adhesive vapour barrier.

With a vapour permeance of 0.02 US perms (dry cup), ExoAir 110AT acts as a vapour barrier as well as an air barrier, and its white facer reduces heat absorption during the construction cycle. It installs when both air and surface temperatures are -6 °C (20 °F) and rising, tolerates intermittent service temperatures up to 115 °C (240 °F), and is tested to CAN/ULC-S741 and CAN/ULC-S742 (Classification A1) alongside ASTM E2178 and E2357, with NFPA 285-tested wall assemblies available. Exposure to UV should not exceed 12 months, so plan cladding accordingly.
