The Truth Hardware (AmesburyTruth) 16 Series Low Profile Casement Sash Lock (#16.18) is a non-handed locking mechanism designed for security, weather sealing, and clean aesthetics. Built from high-pressure zinc die-cast with a painted steel backplate and E-Gard® coated components, this lock offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

Its compact design requires only a 0.625" stop thickness while maintaining a full 0.250" screen rabbet. The revolving cam provides a 0.625" sash pull-in for a tight, secure fit. Compatible with multiple keepers, including the high-strength #31358, this lock is also adaptable for tandem applications using the #16.19 variant with a tie bar.
