The Truth Hardware (AmesburyTruth) 31218 keeper is the right-hand keeper for Truth's 24 Series multi-point locking system (24.84) on vinyl casement windows, used with the cone roller tie bar. One keeper screws to the sash at each locking point, and the cone rollers on the tie bar catch the keepers as the lock handle is turned. The lock works progressively: the first half of the handle's turn engages the keeper nearest the bottom of the window, and the second half pulls in the keeper at the top. It reaches out .625" (15.8 mm), so the window only has to be closed to within that distance before locking. The keeper is E-Gard coated steel. Often called a multi-point keeper, lock keeper, or sash keeper.

Truth hands these keepers the same as the lock, by the side the hinge is on when the window is viewed from the outside. This is the right-hand 31218; the opposite-hand version is the 31217. Truth's interlock roller system uses a different keeper (31302 and 31301), so check which rollers are on your tie bar before ordering.
