The Truth Hardware (AmesburyTruth) 31344 keeper is the standard steel keeper for Truth's 16 Series non-handed, low profile casement sash locks: the 16.18, and the 16.19 used in tandem with a tie bar. It screws to the sash, and when the lock handle is turned the lock's revolving cam catches the keeper and draws the sash in .625" (15.8 mm) against the weatherstripping. With this keeper, Truth rates the lock at a minimum of 200 lbs of forced entry resistance per lock when properly installed. The keeper is E-Gard coated steel and, like the lock, non-handed. Often called a lock keeper, sash keeper, or strike.

Truth makes several other keepers for the same locks: the 31358 high-strength keeper (raises the rating to 250 lbs per lock), the 31359 stainless steel version of this keeper, the 31437 slotted-hole keeper, and the 31345 offset keeper. Match the shape and screw spacing of your old keeper.
