The Truth 22.17 model features a unique dual arm Acetal pivot shoe design, allowing approximately 5.5" (139.7 mm) of window sash opening, and is engineered for enhanced corner pull-in and sash stability.

This pivot shoe awning window operator, also known as a window crank or window mechanism, includes a high-pressure die-cast zinc case, crank handle, and a hardened steel worm and gear arm. Two non-magnetic stainless steel tracks, measuring 16-3/4" (425.5 mm) in combined length, serve as guide channels for the Acetal pivot shoes. Additionally, Truth’s multi-stage EGard Plus coating process ensures superior corrosion resistance.
